Warranty Policy

GUARANTEE

1. Warranty is handled according to the European Directive 1999/44 / EG or according to the legislation of the residing country of the buyer should this deviate.
2. The product that is eligible for assessment of guarantee must be sent back to the seller. Transport costs are not covered by the guarantee.
3. The guarantee generally includes the errors that may appear in the material, construction or finishing and does not include damage resulting from transport, improper use and / or wear and tear of parts that precisely have the function to wear: the wearing parts.
4. A product that is eligible for assessment of guarantee will, if possible, in first instance be repaired.
