Okatsune Europe works with an extensive dealer network. We encourage local sales through our dealers. Look for your nearest dealer on our dealer locator. Please note that not all resellers in Europe are listed.

OUR WEBSHOP
If you prefer to order on our website, the shipping and handling costs are €12,50 (free delivery on orders from €100). This rate applies to all countries within the EU. We do not ship to countries outside the EU. Also, shipments can no longer be sent to Germany. Please contact a local Okatsune dealer.

Most orders are sent with DPD. Once the order has been sent, you will receive an email to track the shipment. There must be signed for receipt.

Our webshop is exclusively intended for private sales (B2C).
